what a great weather to kick off the annual boston build-up series. today was the 10k in norwalk, which generally has the largest turnout of the four races. yesterday's 10 miler in norfolk didn't seem to take too much of a toll. i finished in 43:07, a 6:57 pace. and it had even less of an effect on emmy, who ran it 43 flat, a 6:56 pace!
