last training week before boston marathon

this is a quick summary of my training mileage for the week leading up to the boston marathon.

monday and tuesday mileage, previously posted: 47:07/7:51 pace and 47:20/7:53, respectively.

wednesday was a rest day.

thursday, 8 miles:

7:39 average pace

friday, 6 miles:

7:20 23:31

7:43 average pace

that give me 26 miles for the 5 days leading into the weekend. i my typical pre-marathon routine, will take tomorrow as a rest day and run an easy 4 miles on sunday, for a total off 30 miles for the week.
