this morning was the "run for habitat" 5k in bridgeport (a/k/a the "habitat for humanity 5k"). after an afternoon at the manhattan cask ale festival yesterday, i wasn't too sure how well i'd run it. but, all things considered, i was very happy with my 20:12, 6:31 pace! i even won "the quotable runner" book at the post-race raffle! will write up a short race report tomorrow.
