I picked up my bib and shirt for the NYRR Retro 4 Miler yesterday. The shirt is a cotton singlet - something we (or at least I) haven't seen since the days the Manhattan Half was run in August (and the Bronx was still a Half - and not a 10)! Awesome - and retro - indeed!! Love it!
As for the race itself, hard to believe this is only my 3rd NYRR race of 2016! Even in my slowest years would have had 3 of the 9+1 requirements done by March. So have to get a few more NYRR races in this summer :D
