Amazingly, the Retro 4 Miler went off this morning - without rain! There was a little drizzle coming down in my last mile but, otherwise, the weather held out (though the NYRR did cancel the post-race kids run).
As for the race itself, it was NYRR #3 on my road to 9+1 for guaranteed entry to the 2017 NYC Marathon. I had no real time goal in mind - and was pleasantly surprised to come in just under 30 minutes!
